Prasad Potla

Prasad Potla currently serves as the Head of HR at KIMS - Sunshine Hospitals since January 2018, bringing extensive experience in human resources management. Previously, Prasad held the position of AGM HR at PACE Hospitals for a brief period from September 2017 to January 2018 and worked as Sr. Manager HR at Gleneagles Global Hospitals from April 2007 to August 2017. Areas of expertise include recruitment, compensation and benefits, statutory compliance, HR policies, management information systems, employee retention management, general administration, court procedures, and NABH accreditation audits. Early career experience includes a role as Assistant Manager at Ankit Packaging. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in BA IRPM, LLB, and PGDIRPM from Sir CR Reddy College, Eluru, completed between 1992 and 1997, along with a High School SSC from ZPP High School, Kamavarapukota, from 1989 to 1990.
