Kara Hildebrandt has extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving in a part-time, project-based role at Sheppard Pratt Health System since April 2007. In this position, Kara provides administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team. Formerly, Kara held roles such as Talent Acquisition Manager, overseeing the onboarding process, managing recruitment advertising expenses, and developing reports on turnover and recruitment metrics. In earlier roles, Kara facilitated recruitment for special education programs and worked in human resources at Legg Mason & Co., LLC, contributing to employee relations and compliance during a significant merger. Kara began a career in human resources at T-Mobile, supporting recruitment efforts for the engineering team. Kara holds a BA in Psychology of Managerial Organization from Gettysburg College.
