Duane Dauphin

Duane Dauphin has extensive experience in the hospitality and food and beverage management sector. Currently serving as a Guest Experience Expert at Sheraton Dallas Hotel since November 2021, Dauphin's prior roles include a Commissary position at Keefe Group, General Manager at White Bluff Resort POA for FirstService Residential Texas, and a lengthy tenure at ClubCorp, which spanned from March 1980 to February 2016. At ClubCorp, Dauphin provided leadership and support to six Regional F&B Directors and over 200 clubs, overseeing significant revenue generation. Dauphin also held operational leadership roles, including Operations Director at Brookhaven Country Club, managing a large food and beverage staff and a substantial budget. Education includes an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Schoolcraft College from 1975 to 1978.
