Livia Harding

Livia Harding, PLP, is an experienced payroll professional with a robust career in payroll operations and education. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Payroll Operations at Sheridan College since July 2014, Livia also instructs payroll-focused courses for Business Administration HR students and individuals pursuing certification with the National Payroll Institute. Previous roles include Manager of Payroll at EY from July 2022 to May 2023 and Assistant Director of Payroll Operations in Canada at Mohawk College from January 2018 to July 2022. Livia has also held managerial positions at Torys LLP, Sobeys, Etratech, and NuComm International, showcasing a strong foundation in payroll and benefits management. Livia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Ryerson University, completed in 2000.
