Robina Yasin, CHRL, CTDP, currently serves as an Instructor and Course Developer for the Human Resources Management Program at Sheridan College since May 2022. In January 2024, Robina will transition to the role of Senior Director of People and Culture at COSTI, following an extensive tenure at the YMCA of Greater Toronto from October 2007 to December 2023, where Robina held various leadership positions, including Associate Leader of Learning and Development and Senior Director of Human Resources. Previous experience includes roles at Axis Alliance Inc as a Human Resources Consultant and TCS Express Courier as a Health and Safety Coordinator. Robina has pursued extensive education, earning numerous certifications in fields such as Organization Development, Change Management, User Experience Design, eLearning, and Positive Psychology from esteemed institutions including Queen's University, Cornell University, and the University of Alberta.
