Puja Brahmasmi has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Puja is currently the Co-Founder, CEO, and Chief Product Officer (CPO) at SherlockSuperCoach.AI, a position they have held since October 2020. Prior to that, they were the Executive and Life Coach, as well as a Co-Founder at Recalibrate.world starting from January 2017. Puja also worked as a Whole Brain Thinking Expert at The Kobus Neethling Institute from November 2018.

Puja Brahmasmi obtained their certification as a Certified Advanced Executive Coach - ACI, Columbia from Columbia University in the City of New York in October 2016. Puja also co-founded Boma India in November 2019 but left in March 2022.

Their earlier work experience includes roles at Publicis Sapient, where they worked as a Vice President from August 2015 to December 2016. Puja also served as a Director of Program Management from October 2010 to July 2015, a Senior Manager from October 2007 to October 2010, and a Manager from October 2005 to October 2007. Before that, they worked as a Manager at ebookers from June 2002 to September 2005.

Their career began at efirst Solutions India Pvt. Ltd, where they worked as a Team Leader from March 2000 to May 2002. Prior to that, they worked as a Programmer at Nano Software from April 1998 to February 2000. Overall, Puja Brahmasmi has gained extensive experience in coaching, management, leadership, and programming throughout their career.

Puja Brahmasmi obtained an ACI, Executive coaching certification (CCCP) from Columbia Business School at Columbia University, specializing in Executive & business coaching, from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they received a PGDBM in Systems from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, between 1997 and 2000. Puja's education history also includes a BSc. (H) in Physics from Miranda House, Delhi University, which they completed from 1994 to 1997.
