Luke O’Keefe

Luke O’Keefe focuses his practice on advising governmental entities, underwriters, and banks on complex public finance transactions.

Luke is an associate in the firm’s Public Finance Group. His experience includes drafting and reviewing bond and disclosure documents for municipal districts, school districts, and other governmental entities. Luke draws on his prior experience as a consultant to provide clear and effective communication to clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Luke served as a legal extern to the Honorable Paul J. Kelly in the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
