Tyler Godbehere provides consistent effort and is relentlessly focused on meeting his clients’ needs.
A sixth-generation Arizonan, Tyler’s family has been involved in Arizona’s development since they traveled by wagon train to the Territory of Arizona in 1875. Today, he continues that tradition by representing business owners.
Tyler has experience drafting and negotiating real estate transactions, including commercial leases and development, sales, and construction contracts exceeding $15 million, which includes CM@R and Design Build agreements. He also conducts real estate due diligence by reviewing title and survey documents, drafting corrective deeds and easements, working with surveyors, and negotiating settlements with title companies.
He also closes corporate mergers, performs compliance research, and serves as general counsel for private companies in the service, utility, property development and management industries, as well as Title 48 Special Taxing (fire, water, and sanitary) districts.
Tyler’s clients appreciate his no-nonsense approach and his understanding that business owners often need the most fiscally responsible solution to their legal needs. He spends time getting to know his clients and building relationships, which makes him feel as though he also has a stake in the outcome of matters.
A Barrett Honors College graduate with a B.S. in Business Law from the W.P. Carey School of Business, Tyler combines his interest in business with his passion for the law. He earned his J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Conner College of Law, where he was an O’Conner Merit Scholar.
