Vincent J. Luparell

Vince is a business attorney who focuses on a wide range of corporate law matters, including formation and structuring, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and taxable consequences of business transactions. His counsel also covers all aspects of general counsel work as well, providing advice to entrepreneurs, corporate executives, and boards of directors. He often advises on a broad range of tax matters, including federal income tax, partnership tax, corporate tax, property tax, state and local tax, and general business tax planning, to clients ranging from startups to later stage companies.

Vince’s desire to serve his community led him to join Denver Children’s Foundation in 2018. Vince serves as the Raffle Chair and advises the Board on a wide range of legal and business issues with his 2020 appointment as General Counsel.
