Carl Mason

Carl Mason is an experienced service and maintenance professional with a career spanning over a decade in the property management industry. Currently serving as Service Manager at Sherman Residential since September 2021, Carl previously held the position of Maintenance Supervisor at Avanti Residential from December 2020 to September 2021. Prior to that, Carl was Maintenance Manager at Windsor Communities for nearly a decade, from December 2010 to March 2020. Carl's foundational education was completed at Lees Summit North High School, graduating between 1979 and 1983.
