James Sherman

James Sherman is the founder and chairman of ShermansTravel Media, LLC. James has over 25 years of experience in the travel industry and has held senior positions at some of the world's largest travel companies. James was previously the CEO of WestEnd New Media, Inc., and the founder and CEO of Hamptons Lane. James also served as a member of the Public Diplomacy Advisory Committee at the U.S. Department of State. Prior to their current role, they were the acting GM/VP of online for Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia and the director of corporate development for Pearson. James began their career as a consultant at Bain & Company.

James Sherman attended Choate Rosemary Hall for their high school education. James then went on to study at Harvard Business School, where they earned their MBA. After working for a few years, they decided to return to school and attended Harvard Law School. Upon graduating, they took a job as a professor at Stanford University, where they also earned their M.A. and B.A.
