Jeremy D. has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Jeremy currently works at Shermco Industries as a Senior Manager Corporate EHS Systems & Compliance, where they are responsible for updating safety and health policies, as well as writing and implementing a new Environmental Policy. Prior to this, they were a Global ESG Manager & System Administrator at the same company, where they managed the ESG tracking and reporting system and prepared reports for executive leaders. Before joining Shermco Industries, Jeremy worked as a Senior Management Consultant in a consulting role, and they also gained valuable experience at Georgia-Pacific LLC. At Georgia-Pacific, they held several positions, including Process Safety Manager, Procurement / Inventory Manager, Mechanical Integrity Coordinator, Maintenance Planner III, and Maintenance Planner & Scheduler. In these roles, Jeremy demonstrated their expertise in process safety management, procurement, inventory management, mechanical integrity, and maintenance planning and scheduling. Jeremy also has past experience at Smead Manufacturing, where they held multiple roles concurrently, including Information Systems Tech, MRO Buyer, Maintenance Planner & Scheduler, and Machine Operator. Throughout their career, Jeremy has consistently shown their ability to take on diverse responsibilities and contribute effectively to organizational success.

Jeremy D. has a diverse education history spanning from high school to bachelor's degrees in various fields.

In 1988, Jeremy completed their high school education at Cedar City High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma.

Jeremy continued their education at Southern Utah University from 1997 to 2000, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biochemistry.

Jeremy then pursued degrees in Business Administration at Colorado Technical University. From 2004 to 2006, they studied Information Systems Technology and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BS BA) degree.

Following this, Jeremy went on to specialize in Human Resource Management at Colorado Technical University from 2006 to 2007, obtaining another Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BS BA) degree.

Throughout their career, Jeremy also obtained several certifications. In 2019 and 2020, they completed various courses on LinkedIn, including Statistics Foundations, Operational Excellence Foundations, Recovering from a Layoff, Embracing Change, and Six Sigma Foundations. Additionally, in 2020, they received an Adult First Aid/CPR/AED certification from Shermco Industries. Most recently, in 2021, they obtained the Special Government Employee (SGE) certification from the US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR OSHA.
