Kerry Heid

Kerry Heid is an experienced executive in the electrical and engineering sectors, currently serving as an Executive Consultant at Shermco Industries since January 2020. Previously, Kerry was the Chair of the Electrical Maintenance Standard at the Canadian Standards Association from 2011 to March 2020, and held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Shermco Industries Canada from January 2014 to July 2019. Kerry's leadership experience also includes serving as President & CEO at Magna Electric Corporation from April 2001 to December 2013, and as a Technical Specialist at Westinghouse Electric Company from 1988 to 1996. Kerry holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology from STI Moose Jaw, earned between 1986 and 1988.
