Kim Drake-Loy

Kim Drake-Loy oversees all legal and risk matters for Shermco. With more than 20 years in the residential mortgage industry before joining Shermco, Ms. Drake-Loy has held progressive roles and responsibilities within legal and compliance departments, most recently holding the title of General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. She earned her law degree at Texas Tech School of Law and her bachelor’s degree from Trinity University. In addition to her role at Shermco, Ms. Drake-Loy has served as a board member and secretary for Our Friends Place, as board president of the Northeast Tarrant County Texas Tech Alumni Chapter and as a member of the Junior League of Arlington.
