Your role:

Shero Commerce is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist. The primary role of the Performance Marketing Specialist is to execute, monitor and set up performance KPIs for established brands, with direct responsibility for the client’s strategy, execution, and outcomes.

This is a highly specialized role within the Client Services Department that requires excellent client-facing communication skills and coordination with the Development team. The role focuses primarily on expertise working with Shopify, BigCommerce, and Adobe Commerce platforms. 

This is a full-time position at our Tirana office that offers flexible hours and a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube)

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI

  • Conduct A/B testing and experiment with new strategies to improve ad performance.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and copy

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and advertising.

  • Prepared and presented detailed performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and conversion optimization.

  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other relevant platforms to track and analyze performance.

  • Manage budgets effectively to ensure optimal allocation of resources and achieve campaign objectives.

  • Manage cross-channel marketing campaigns and ensure consistency across various platforms.

  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business goals and tailor campaigns to meet those objectives.

  • Utilize CRM and marketing automation platforms to segment audiences and personalize marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English
  • Proven experience in managing paid social media and Google Ads campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization
  • Experience with eCommerce clients is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or a similar role
  • Google Ads certification or Facebook Blueprint certification is a plus
  • In-depth understanding of eCommerce KPIs and metrics
  • Experience with advanced tools such as Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
