At this time, we are looking for an experienced Senior Teamcenter Systems Architect to join us. In this role, you’ll support a broad range of clients in a variety of industries.

About this Role

As a Senior Teamcenter Systems Architect you’ll be responsible for supporting our clients by deploying Teamcenter across a diverse customer base. We support a broad range of clients across the US in industries such as: Aerospace, Defense, Automotive, and Technology startups. This demanding, fast paced career opportunity requires a critical thinker, agile problem solver who enjoys the challenge of a continuously evolving environment.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field, or 10+ years Teamcenter Architect experience.
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in implementing Teamcenter and related technologies
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and able to give both business-facing and technical presentations that convey complex topics
  • Experience in all aspects of Teamcenter implementations including upgrades and patching
  • Proven experience in global implementations
  • Strong appetite for quickly learning new technologies and able to quickly adapt to changes
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality of deliverables

Technical Competencies

  • High competency in Teamcenter deployments and upgrades
  • Experienced with the different phases of an ENV development and deployment on Windows and other server systems
  • Proficient in Teamcenter both with the Rich Client and Active Workspace user interfaces
  • Meet with business leaders/sponsors to provide technical guidance and transpose business needs into functional, technical and system requirements
  • Familiarity with Amazon Web Services and Azure deployments of Teamcenter highly desired

  • Able to work seamlessly with a national and sometimes global team

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and able to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-moving high-pressure environment

  • Manage multiple development streams with customer teams

  • Manage simultaneous sprints for multiple projects

  • Decisive with ability to make high-quality decisions, even when based on incomplete information or in the face of uncertainty

  • Personable and able to interface effectively with a wide range of personalities and arrive at consensus during sometimes stressful conversations

  • Focus on highest priorities and set aside less critical tasks

  • Able to travel to customer sites in the U.S. from time to time
