Brittany Lynn Nelson has extensive work experience in various roles within the recruiting, staffing, and consulting industry. Brittany Lynn currently holds the position of Division Director at Sherpa, where they are responsible for overseeing human resources, marketing, and executive support divisions. Prior to this role, they served as Staffing Director and Senior Staffing Manager at Sherpa. Brittany Lynn began their career at Sherpa as a Staffing Manager in 2018 and held this position until 2020.

Before joining Sherpa, Nelson worked as a Talent Agent at the Doug Apatow Agency from 2010 to 2018. Brittany Lynn also gained experience as a Sales and Marketing Specialist at little twig in 2010 and as a Marketing Manager at Natural Nutrition of the Carolinas from 2009 to 2010. Brittany Lynn started their career as an Assistant Event Planner at World Golf Network in 2009 and as a Public Relations Assistant at Cognito in 2008.
