Nina Schneider

Chief Product Officer at Sherpany

Nina Schneider is the current Chief Product Officer at Sherpany. Prior to this, they served as Conference Co-Chair at the Product Management Festival and TEDxZurich. From October 2012 to March 2020, they were the Head of Solutions and Products at Appway, where they successfully managed a distributed cross-functional team across product marketing, subject matter experts, product managers, and UX. During their time at Appway, Nina defined a focused GTM strategy and repeatable sales playbook to drive product-market-sales fit, transitioned the company's offering from a perpetual to subscription-based license model, and launched 3 new banking solutions and a new product line enabling up-sell/cross-sell on existing clients. Nina also forged strategic partnerships with Microsoft Azure and Salesforce and launched on their marketplaces.

Nina Schneider has a Master’s in Strategy and International Management from the University of St.Gallen. Nina also has an MBA in Strategy and International Management from the Drucker School of Management. In addition, they have a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from the University of St.Gallen. Nina has also completed a product management executive program at INSEAD and a meeting leader course at Genconnectu. Finally, they have a Stride Lab unCertificate of Completion (equivalent of 1 ECTS) in Community Building from Stride Unschool for Entrepreneurial Leadership and is certified at JLPT 3 level in Japanese Language from the Kyoto Institute of Culture and Language.
