Pauline Heal

Pauline Heal has held various roles in the field of Human Resources, starting from a Graduate Recruitment and HR Administrator at BDO UK LLP in 1999. Pauline then moved on to become a Human Resource Administrator at Allen & Overy in 2001 and subsequently held positions as Senior Human Resources Manager at haysmacintyre and as HR and Talent Manager at Sherrards. Pauline has extensive experience in providing HR support, managing employee relations matters, and leading investigations and meetings related to discipline, grievances, settlements, and redundancies.
