Cecil McCurty

Cecil McCurty is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the coatings industry, currently serving as Vice President of Sales at Sherwin-Williams since September 2013. McCurty has held various leadership roles, including Field Sales Director and National Account Manager, where responsibilities have included the development and execution of strategic business plans, sales culture cultivation, and the implementation of corporate training initiatives. Prior to Sherwin-Williams, McCurty served as Regional Sales Manager at Valspar, and held sales roles at Forest Pharmaceuticals, Rite-Hite, and Black & Decker. A graduate of North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science in Education, McCurty is skilled in driving sales growth, people development, and aligning organizational goals.
