Chad Hegrat

Chad Hegrat is an experienced operations manager with a robust background in facility and retail management, currently serving in that role at Sherwin-Williams since July 2020. Previously, Chad progressed within Sherwin-Williams from assistant operations manager to facility management trainee, where participation in a leadership development program was cut short by COVID-19. Chad has also completed internships at Giant Eagle, Inc. and Toyota North America, focusing on operations improvement and productivity. Earlier roles include lead valet at Divine Services Corp. and various positions in the retail sector, starting with a sales representative role at The Direction. Chad holds a bachelor's degree in Operations Management from the University of Cincinnati.
