Dale Lantz

Dale Lantz is an accomplished leader in the chemical and coatings industry with extensive experience in management and operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Global PCG Facilities at Sherwin-Williams since June 2017, Dale oversees North American, European, and Latin/South American facilities management teams, focusing on Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Sales initiatives. Prior to this role, Dale spent nearly three decades at Valspar, holding various positions including Business Director for Extrusion in North America and Integration Director for Global Automotive. Dale began a career at The Dow Chemical Company, where responsibilities included managing pilot plant operations and interfacing with R&D for innovative technologies. Dale's educational background includes a degree in Chemical Engineering from New Mexico State University.
