Jackie Frick, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished senior HR professional with extensive experience in managing global shared services and employee benefits. Currently serving as the Sr HR Director at Sherwin-Williams, Jackie oversees multiple HR service teams, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and exceptional customer support. Prior to this role, Jackie held various positions at Applied Industrial Technologies, including HR Manager of Benefits & Wellness, where responsibilities included administering corporate benefits and managing third-party administrators. Jackie holds an MBA in Human Resources and a BSBA in Business Management and Marketing, both from Ashland University.
