Joe Walsh

Joe Walsh is an accomplished professional in the real estate and construction sector with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Vice President of Real Estate and Construction at Sherwin-Williams since July 2018, Joe oversees the management of over 900 stores across the Eastern United States. Prior to this role, Joe held various positions at Pep Boys, including Vice President of Real Estate, where responsibilities encompassed real estate strategy and transaction management for more than 1,200 units. Joe has also contributed to BJ's Wholesale Clubs as Assistant Vice President of Real Estate and gained early experience in real estate roles with Genuardi's Family Markets, Eckerd, and The Pep Boys. Joe holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The Wharton School.
