Lawrence Durante

Lawrence Durante is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and development within the coatings industry. Currently serving as R&D Manager for Competitive and Exposure and as Specialties Manager for R&D Commercialization at Sherwin-Williams since September 2013, Lawrence manages the Specialties Division and oversees the Canadian R&D Commercialization Lab. Previously, Lawrence held the role of Technical Director at General Paint from March 2000 to September 2013, where responsibilities included managing R&D, technical services, and regulatory components for the Canadian division of Comex. Lawrence's educational background includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemistry from The University of British Columbia.
