Sebastian Weiss

Sebastian Weiss is the Head of Talent Acquisition at Sherwin-Williams since September 2021. Prior to this role, Sebastian worked at Mars for eight years, serving as European Early Talent Manager and Employer Reputation Specialist. Sebastian also has experience as a Junior HR Manager at Mars and completed a Master Thesis at Kraft Foods during their time at Mondelēz International. With a background in Industrial Psychology and Business Administration, Sebastian's expertise lies in recruiting, employer branding, learning & development, and HR administration.
