Vincent Hart-Tinsley Eit

Vincent Hart-Tinsley, EIT, is a skilled Design Engineer with experience in both public and private improvement projects. Currently employed at Sherwood Design Engineers since September 2020, Vincent develops project plans and reports that encompass survey calculations, final maps, earthwork quantities, and roadway and utility alignments, while ensuring compliance with governing standards. Previously, from June 2018 to June 2020, Vincent contributed to design engineering at BKF Engineers, where responsibilities included grading, drainage, and the implementation of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans. Vincent holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from San Francisco State University, completed in 2018.
