Caroline Fairchild has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Caroline's earlier experience includes an internship as an Economics Reporter at Bloomberg LP in 2012, a reporting/production internship at WNCN (Media General, Inc.) in 2011, and internships at WGBH as a FRONTLINE Editorial and Social Media Intern in 2011 and at Internews Network as a Video Journalism Intern in 2010.

Caroline Fairchild attended Duke University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Public Policy, English, and Policy Journalism and Media Studies. Caroline also enrolled at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill to obtain another Bachelor of Arts degree, although their field of study during this period is unspecified.
