Albert Crook

Albert Crook is an experienced IT specialist with a focus on government solutions and operations at SHI International Corp. since June 2022. Prior roles at SHI include various positions in IT support for Texas state agencies, where Albert managed hardware repairs, diagnostics, and on-site installations for Dell and Fujitsu devices. Previous experience includes lead IT specialist positions managing team logistics and data migration, as well as troubleshooting at the Audie Murphy VA Medical Center and other organizations. Albert holds a Bachelor of Science in Cloud Computing from Western Governors University and an Associate of Arts in Information Systems and Technology from the University of Phoenix.
