Don Nelson

Don Nelson currently serves as the Director of ASG Managed Services Technical Support & Engineering/vCIO at SHI International Corp., where additional responsibilities include leading the Technical Support teams within the SHI MSP group. Previous experience includes roles as vCIO at SWCA Environmental Consultants, overseeing IT operations, and as Chief Information Officer at Acme Lift Company, where a focus on strategic vision and efficiency improvement was established. Don also functioned as a Virtual CIO at Phreedom Technologies, managing IT strategies and customer technology requirements. Early career foundations were built as a Network Engineer at Able Information Technologies, Inc., and as a Squad Leader in the United States Marine Corps, where management skills were developed and recognized through meritorious promotions.
