Jake Gerald

Jake Gerald has extensive experience in sales and business development, currently serving as the Regional Sales Director for Private Equity at SHI International Corp. since September 2016, where revenue achievements include $46M in top-line revenue for 2022 and 107% performance. Previous roles at SHI include Commercial District Sales Manager for New England and Mid-Market, where notable accomplishments include being nominated for DSM of the year with a 117% target performance for 2021. Jake successfully piloted a Business Development Team, resulting in over 120 customer meetings and significant revenue contributions, and managed training programs to onboard new sellers. Prior to SHI, Jake worked at Gibsons Restaurant Group in various service roles and completed an internship in marketing with Missouri CORE Partnership, focusing on regional economic development. Jake holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
