Mike Nycz

Mike Nycz currently serves as the Director of ITAM Transformation and GTM at SHI International Corp., where responsibilities include driving the integration of ITAM services into a unified organization that supports customer challenges and opportunities. Prior to this, Mike held various leadership positions at SoftwareOne, including Chief Operating Officer for North America, where Mike led Revenue Operations and developed sales strategies, as well as optimization of data architecture. Other notable roles at SoftwareOne included Sr. Director of Sales Operations and NORAM Director of Software Sourcing & ITAM, focusing on sales enablement and revenue growth. Mike began his career at Softchoice as a Business Development Manager. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Ohio University, along with executive education from Columbia Business School.
