Reece Hartle

Reece Hartle currently serves as the PubSec Education Strategist Team Lead at SHI International Corp., where responsibilities include collaborating with sales teams and customers to enhance STEM, esports, Space Design, and Educator Professional Development initiatives. Previously, Reece held the position of Chief Academic Officer at Austin Achieve Public Schools, leading instructional programs and fostering continuous improvement in curricular and professional development systems. Reece also served as a Middle School Principal and a Middle School Reading Specialist at Democracy Prep Public Schools, demonstrating a commitment to educational excellence and student engagement through innovative strategies. Early career experience includes being a Teach For America Corps Member, where significant improvements in student reading levels and graduation rates were achieved. Reece holds a National Principal Academy Fellowship from Relay Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas State University.
