Vance Hallman

Vance Hallman is an experienced IT professional with a substantial background in software asset management and systems engineering. Currently serving as an ITAM Senior Systems Engineer at SHI International Corp. since October 2016, Vance previously held roles at Verizon IT Strategy & Planning as a Senior SAM Analyst/Internal Audit Lead, where Vance authored a comprehensive playbook on SAM processes and resolved over 400 issues across software life-cycle functions. Vance's earlier tenure at Boeing included significant achievements such as leading a project that reduced purchase orders and saved over $2 million, consolidating software licenses with annual savings of more than $1.5 million, and implementing Agile methods for COTS application management. Vance's career began at Aera Energy LLC, where responsibilities included planning and supporting Windows NT/2000 servers. Vance's foundational education was completed at Jasper High School.
