Adrian Russell

Adrian Russell has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Adrian currently holds the position of Director of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion / Procurement at Shiel Sexton. Prior to this, Adrian worked as a Project Manager at Mattcon General Contractors, Inc. from January 2017 to February 2021. Adrian also served as a Project Engineer at the same company from January 2016 to January 2017. Adrian's other roles include Project Engineer at CPM Construction Planning and Management, Inc. from October 2014 to 2015, and Project Engineer & Quality Assurance at ProCLAD Inc. from January 2013 to September 2014. Adrian began their career as an Assistant Project Engineer at Pepper Construction Group from May 2011 to November 2012. Adrian has also been actively involved in the ACE Mentor Program as an Executive Board Member, Ambassador, and Mentor since 2007.

Adrian Russell obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Ball State University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011.
