Carlo dela Rosa

Carlo Dela Rosa is an experienced quality and continuous improvement professional with a comprehensive background in engineering. Currently serving as the Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager at Shield AI since January 2020, Carlo has held multiple roles including Senior CI Engineer, Senior Quality Engineer, and Quality Engineer. Prior experience includes working as a Process Quality Engineer at Brain Corp from August 2018 to January 2020 and as a Quality Engineer at Astura Medical from September 2017 to August 2018. Carlo began a career in quality management as a FI Intern at Mondelēz International in early 2017. Carlo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from De La Salle University - Dasmariñas, earned between 2011 and 2017.
