Eryn Jenkins

Eryn Jenkins has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruiting. Currently, they are the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Shield AI, where they lead a highly skilled team and focuses on innovative ways to meet the company's needs and achieve its mission. Prior to that, they held senior management positions in talent acquisition at Shield AI and MicroStrategy. Eryn also has experience as an independent consulting partner, managing partnerships with startups and Fortune 500 companies. Eryn has expertise in technical hiring and is skilled at understanding their clients' objectives and embracing their culture and brand. Eryn's previous roles include working at companies such as Houzz, TaylorMade-adidas Golf, Infracore LLC, Various Independent Contracts & Projects, and Maxim Health Care.

Eryn Jenkins obtained a B.S. degree in Mass Communications from Towson University in the years 2000-2004. In 2016-2017, they earned a Certificate of Theology from the River Bible Institute. Additionally, Eryn has obtained several certifications in various subjects, including social recruiting, creating a culture of service, diversity and inclusion, interviewing techniques, employee engagement, and recruiting foundations from institutions such as Lynda.com and LinkedIn. Most recently, in June 2021, they became a Certified Diversity Recruiter through AIRS powered by ADP.
