Greg Wadel

Greg Wadel has extensive work experience in business development and capture management. Greg currently serves as the Director of Business Development at Shield AI, where they focus on developing AI pilot systems for drones and aircraft. Previously, Greg worked as the Vice President of Business Development at BGI, LLC, leading their growth team and coordinating strategic planning efforts. Before that, they were a Senior Business Development Analyst and Capture Manager at Lockheed Martin, specializing in lighter-than-air surveillance systems. Greg also has experience as a Flight Simulator Program Manager, Systems Engineer, and Business Development professional at Loral/Lockheed Martin.

Greg Wadel completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Cincinnati between 1986 and 1991. Later, between 2002 and 2008, they attended Concordia Seminary St Louis to study Pastoral Studies, though they did not obtain a degree from this institution.
