Hila Elihay

Hila Elihay is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and delivery management. Currently serving as the Director of Delivery and Customer Success at Shield since September 2025, Hila previously held the role of Director of Customer Success at Centrical from March 2019 to September 2025, where responsibilities included building and leading a customer success team in the EMEA region to enhance product adoption and drive growth. Prior roles at Centrical also included Customer Success Team Lead and Customer Success Manager, focusing on customer relationship management and cross-departmental collaboration. Hila's earlier career includes positions at Micro Focus as a Customer Success Manager and roles as a Test Engineer and Application Engineer at Nova Measuring Instruments and Applied Materials, respectively. Hila holds a BSc in Biomedical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, earned between 2005 and 2008.
