Adam Silver has extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Adam currently holds the position of Learning Program Manager at Sign In Solutions, where they are responsible for building effective learning systems and creating media content. Prior to this, Adam worked as a Learning Program Designer at Traction Guest and as Manager of Training and Enablement at Quest Software.

Adam also has experience in the software industry, having worked at Metalogix Software as the Manager of Training and Enablement, where they were involved in administering and curating an online education center and managing training content. Adam has also held the role of Knowledge Management Engineer/e-Training at Metalogix.

Earlier in their career, Adam worked in IT roles at Whistler Blackcomb and Intrawest ULC, where they handled various responsibilities such as IT administration, tech upgrades, and server management. Adam has also worked as a Web Content Developer at Mountain Equipment Co-op.

Adam's earliest experiences include roles in the entertainment industry, serving as a Sound Designer/Head of Audio at Insprite Entertainment, Sound Designer/Co-Owner at Fable FX Interactive, and Production Designer at Linus Entertainment/Purpeloid. With their diverse background and expertise, Adam brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to their current role.

Adam Silver obtained a degree in Project Leadership from Cornell University Online (eCornell) in the year 2010. Prior to that, they completed a degree in Recorded Music Production from Fanshawe College, which they attended from 2000 to 2002. Before pursuing recorded music production, Adam studied Technical Theatre Arts and Design at Fanshawe College from 1996 to 2000. In addition, they completed a General Arts and Sciences program at Fanshawe College for the duration of 1996 to 1997, where they studied philosophy, psychology, Canadian history, human behavior, English, and communications. Adam also holds several additional certifications, including e-Learning Ecologies: Innovative Approaches to Teaching and Learning for the Digital Age from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in May 2022, Introduction to After Effects (After Effects Kickstart) from the School of Motion in May 2021, and a CloudU Certification from Rackspace, the #1 managed cloud company, which they obtained in February 2015.
