Frank Leto

Frank Leto is an experienced professional with a robust background in law and finance. Currently serving as a Board Member at Shields Business Solutions Inc since August 2022 and WSFS Bank until June 2023, Leto previously held significant leadership roles, including President and CEO at Bryn Mawr Trust from January 2009 to January 2022, where Frank also served as President and COO and Executive Vice President for Wealth Management. Earlier career highlights include General Counsel & Director of Real Estate at Everlands/Lifestyle Development, LP, and roles in legal practice at Brett Senior & Associates, P.C., and Brandywine Abstract Co Ltd. Leto earned a J.D. with Cum Laude honors from The Delaware Law School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from St. Joseph’s University.
