Michael Long

Michael Long is an HR Business Partner at Shields since November 2020, with a focus on talent management and development in previous roles. Prior experiences include serving as a Talent Acquisition and Development Specialist at Tracoin Services Ltd, where a new training curriculum was constructed, and various positions at Topgolf, culminating in the role of UK Training Manager. At Topgolf, Michael initiated the UK Apprentice program and developed an E-Learning platform for associates. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from the University for the Creative Arts, alongside extensive experience in training, recruitment, and employee development across diverse roles in the hospitality industry.
