Nancy Cockrell has extensive experience in customer service and operations management within the facilities maintenance industry. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Service and Compliance at Shields Facilities Maintenance, LLC since February 2015, Nancy oversees the Technology and Customer Service teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery and the effective use of technology for tracking and reporting work performance. Additionally, Nancy collaborates closely with Sales and Operations teams to leverage data for continuous improvement and training initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as Facilities Operations Manager at SFM from February 2015 to September 2018 and as Account Manager at Expert NJS from November 2011 to February 2015.
