Angela Killay

Angela Killay has over two decades of experience in healthcare, currently serving as Vice President of Implementation at Shields Health Solutions since April 2012. In this role, Angela oversees a team of 150 employees, focusing on driving Net Promoter Scores and managing partner relationships to ensure patient satisfaction. Previous positions at Shields include Sr. Director of Implementation, Director of Patient Support Operations, and Director of Implementation, with responsibilities spanning implementation, integration, and clinical support. Prior experience includes roles at UMass Memorial Medical Center as an Oncology Pharmacy Technician, and certification as a pharmacy technician at both Athol Memorial Hospital and CVS Pharmacy. Angela holds education from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and Mount Wachusett Community College.
