Carlee Montgomery has a diverse work experience in the field of pharmacy. Carlee started their career as a Pharmacy Intern at CVS Health from 2014 to 2016. Later, they worked as a Pharmacy Intern at Duval's Pharmacy in 2016. In 2018, Carlee gained experience as a Pharmacy Intern in various settings, including ambulatory care at Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program, institutional pharmacy at Brockton Hospital, specialty pharmacy at Shields Health Solutions, and substance abuse/addiction pharmacy at Hope House. In 2019, they worked as a Pharmacy Intern in internal medicine at VA Boston Healthcare System and in community pharmacy at Stop & Shop Pharmacy. Carlee also held positions at Shields Health Solutions, where they worked as a Specialty Graduate Intern in 2019, then as a Clinical Pharmacist from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they work as a Clinical Pharmacist Education and Development Specialist at Shields Health Solutions.

Carlee Montgomery pursued their education at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences from 2013 to 2019, where they completed the Doctorate of Pharmacy Candidate program. Prior to their college education, Carlee attended Cardinal Spellman High School from 2009 to 2013, obtaining their high school diploma.

In addition to their academic achievements, Carlee Montgomery has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional knowledge and skills. Carlee obtained the Certified Specialty Pharmacist (CSP) certification from the Specialty Pharmacy Certification Board in December 2022. Carlee also holds the HIV Pharmacist™ certification from the American Academy of HIV Medicine, obtained in 2021.

Carlee has pursued specialized training in various areas within the field of pharmacy. Carlee obtained the Negative Pressure Non-Sterile Compounding certification from Brigham and Women's Hospital in January 2018, and the Medication Reconciliation Support Certification from the same institution in June 2017. Carlee also completed MTM Training from OutcomesMTM in February 2016, and received the Immunization Certification from the American Pharmacists Association in August 2015.
