Charlene Naumann (she/her/hers)

Charlene Naumann has over 18 years of experience in talent acquisition and management. Charlene is currently the Vice President of Talent at Shields Health Solutions, a position they have held since April 2020. Charlene is responsible for leading talent acquisition initiatives and strategies within the organization.

Prior to their current role, Charlene held various leadership positions at different companies. From 2016 to 2020, they worked as a Senior Director of Talent at Unidine, where they provided strategic direction for talent management and oversaw the implementation of talent strategies across the organization.

Before that, Charlene worked at SharkNinja from 2011 to 2015, serving in different director-level roles in global talent acquisition and strategic sourcing. Additionally, they worked at Haemonetics as a Talent Acquisition Manager from 2009 to 2011, where they developed innovative recruitment strategies and built a solid talent pipeline.

Charlene's early career included roles at ARAMARK Uniform and Career Apparel, where they served as the Manager of Talent Acquisition & Diversity from 2006 to 2009 and as an HR Generalist from 2005 to 2006. Charlene also had experience as an HR Representative and intern during their time at ARAMARK.

In 2023, Charlene will begin working as the Chief Member at Chief, a private network aimed at empowering senior women leaders. In this role, they will strengthen their leadership journey, cross-pollinate ideas across industries, and drive change from the top-down.

Charlene Naumann (she/her/hers) attended Bridgewater State University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in General Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources. In terms of additional certifications, Charlene has completed a Team Management certification from McKinsey & Company in December 2020. Charlene also has certifications in Coaching for Greater Effectiveness from the Center for Creative Leadership and as a Certified Predictive Index (PI) Analyst from The Predictive Index, although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided. Additionally, Charlene is certified as a 360 Certified professional, attained from the Center for Creative Leadership.
