Desean Martin

DeSean Martin, PharmD, currently serves as a Clinical Pharmacist at Shields Health Solutions since July 2023, following a tenure as Pharmacist In Charge at Rocky Mountain Vital Care from August 2022 to July 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Specialty Clinical Pharmacist at Coram CVS/specialty infusion services from October 2021 to July 2022 and as a Clinical Staff Pharmacist at Denver Health from July 2016 to October 2021, where DeSean worked extensively with indigent and underserved patients with chronic conditions. DeSean holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, earned in May 2019, and is dedicated to enhancing patient care through a compassionate approach.
