Dominic Lee

Dominic Lee currently serves as Senior Director of Payor Contracting at Shields Health Solutions, a position held since October 2025. Previously, Dominic was Senior Manager of Payer Performance at ChenMed from September 2022 to October 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Manager of Quality and Performance Improvement and Project Manager at VNS Health between November 2019 and September 2022, as well as Senior Associate and Associate in the Health Care Advisory Practice at Grant Thornton LLP from August 2016 to October 2019. Dominic's career began as a Policy Analyst and Community Liaison for the New York State Assembly from July 2011 to August 2014. Dominic holds a Master’s Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from Wake Forest University.
