Jenée Robinson

Jenée Robinson's work experience begins in 2015 when they joined Boston Podiatry Services as a Referral Coordinator. Jenée held this position until 2016. In 2017, they joined PUTNOI EYE CARE, P.C. as a Referral Coordinator and stayed until 2018. From 2018 to 2019, Jenée worked as a Medical Office Secretary at Steward Health Care. In 2020, they joined Shields Health Solutions as a Patient Support Advocate, where they ran test claims, obtained prior authorizations, appealed denials, and advocated for patients' financial assistance and access to medications. In 2021, they transitioned to the role of Medical Billing Specialist at the same company and stayed until 2022. Following that, they became an Outreach Coordinator at Shields Health Solutions. Currently, they are working as a Patient Onboarding Specialist at Shields Health Solutions, where they assist patients in getting on service with the specialty pharmacy and helps overcome challenges that hinder their first-time filling at the pharmacy.

Jenée Robinson completed their high school education at Bridgeway Academy from 2004 to 2006, earning a High School Diploma with a focus on Business. In addition to their academic education, Jenée obtained two certifications in September 2020. Jenée became a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) with a Massachusetts license and also received the NHA-Certified Pharmacy Technician (NHA-CPhT) certification from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB).
