Jessica Sears

Jessica Sears has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jessica started their career in 2017 as a Contact Center Representative at Seattle Metropolitan Credit Union. In 2018, they worked as a Veterinary Assistant at Elliott Bay Animal Hospital. Jessica'sexperience in the healthcare industry continued at CVS Health, where they worked as a Certified Pharmacy Technician and Inventory Specialist from 2015 to 2021. Jessica then transitioned to Shields Health Solutions, where they held various roles including Specialty Pharmacy Liaison at Montefiore and Senior Specialty Pharmacy Liaison at Montefiore. Currently, they serve as the National Integration Pharmacy Liaison at NewYork-Presbyterian since July 2022. Jessica's work experience demonstrates their ability to adapt and excel in different roles within healthcare and customer service environments.

Jessica Sears attended Empire State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Cultural Anthropology. Jessica also obtained a High School Diploma from Wakefield School. In addition to their academic qualifications, Jessica has obtained various certifications. In 2015, they became a Virginia State Certified Pharmacy Technician through the Virginia Board of Pharmacy. Jessica further enhanced their professional credentials by obtaining the CareCredit Certified certification from CareCredit in 2017. In 2018, Jessica achieved the CPhT certification from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB).
